RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The customer may request only one return within 30 days from the date of order delivery.

Returns and refunds will not be possible if the item is customized with any type of customization (for customization, initials, cuffs, pocket, collar, and all different characteristics not conforming to the initial model proposed on the website, according to the image and its description).

The return shipment is at the customer's expense, except for errors attributable to Sartoria 1860.

The customer can ship the package at their own expense by choosing the preferred courier.

All items must be returned with all original packaging inside the box and sent to:

Why pay for return shipping?

Our product is handmade to order, which means each piece is crafted with care and skill when we receive your order. This process ensures a precious and unique work, but it takes time and commitment, reflecting in the product costs.

How to request a return?

To make a return, the customer must contact Sartoria 1860 at the email address info@sartoria1860.it, specifying:

- the order number,
- the product(s) for which the return is requested,
- the reason for the return.

As already indicated, the shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the preferred shipping method. A refund will be processed only when the returned product reaches the Sartoria1860 headquarters.

Items must be kept:

• The items must be in perfect condition, with all the tags and support elements (shirt and collar stays), must not be worn.
• All tags must be in perfect condition
• The items must be returned inside the same shipping box they arrived.

Once the return is made and the condition of the returned items is verified, Sartoria 1860 will proceed with the refund. Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted. Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
